Important Note on Specialized Items: Due to their nature and regulatory environment, all sales are final on Custom/Yellowhorse Knives, Automatic Knives, and Spring-Assisted Knives, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing, suspected fraud, or inability to ship to your region.

Payment is processed at the time of order. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

Shipping

We ship to most global regions (excluding some remote areas in Asia and elsewhere).

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

4. Returns, Exchanges, & Warranty

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
• Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories.
• Process: You must contact customer service first to obtain an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Non-Returnable Items: As stated in Section 2, all sales are final on Custom, Yellowhorse, Automatic, and Spring-Assisted knives unless defective.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately for a prepaid return label and expedited resolution.
